In the year 1985 Diving World started as one
of the very first diving centers in Hurghada.
It has been growing steadily to win an
international reputation. It is now a five
star P.A.D.I dive center, and a P.A.D.I Gold
Palm Resort. Diving world is also Founder
Member of HEPCA (the Hurghada Environmental
Protection & Conservation Association).
Diving World has always been special when it
comes to the diving staff, Friendly guides
and boat captains who have been working
there for years and thus have built a warm
atmosphere around the place, a friendly
atmosphere that keeps bringing divers over
and over again.

The location of the diving center in
Hurghada is one of the best. It is built on
a headland in a central position of the city
which makes it very easy for our divers
staying in the different hotels to reach it,
Its location is also excellent in providing
an easy reach of the most diving spots . The
boats leave the jetty every morning in the
direction of the most interesting diving
areas that are situated at distances of
around 45 minutes of sailing.
The diving center is modern and equipped
with all the needed facilities. The
reception and administrative offices, the
air-conditioned classrooms, the equipment
store, rest rooms and the boutiques are all
in the same area together with a wide
terrace overlooking the sea, in which divers
get to meet in a friendly and warm
atmosphere after a day out at the sea. A few
Meters away from the diving center there is
the jetty for the exclusive use of the
clients of the diving center.
In Diving World courses are conducted in a
wide range of languages. Instructors, videos
and books are covering the following
languages: English, French, German, Dutch
and Italian.

The Red Sea Scuba Schools are the Red Sea's
premier PADI 5 Star Career Development
Centers. They are totally self-contained,
fully equipped and dedicated to diver
training.
The schools have highly qualified and
experienced professional instructors
teaching courses under the world's largest
diver training organization, PADI (the
Professional Association of Diving
Instructors). The Red Sea Scuba Schools
teaches courses from complete beginner to
instructor and beyond.
Confined - water training takes place in the
training pool and from the beach. Academic
training is conducted in air-conditioned
classrooms equipped with video, slide
projectors and computer lesson guides. The
school has 30 full sets of scuba equipment
as well as all necessary support materials.
Courses are conducted in English, German,
French, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Russia,
Hungarian, and Arabic.

Sharm El Naga Dive Center
The Diving Center is under Belgian and
Netherlands management. The Base leader and
his team will introduce you to the diving
sites and are ready to give courses for
beginners and advanced divers.
The diving Center is well equipped. 150
tanks and 3 Bauer compressors are well
serviced and will supply the clean air for
diving. Full sets of equipment are available
for rent. Medic first aid and Oxygen are
always available.
Sharm El Naga is famous for diving on the
house reef. Divers can explore the reef with
its unharmed corals and huge variety of
fishes at any time of the day. The bay is
like a huge pool. Starting from 0 level, the
sandy bottom slides down slowly to more than
30 meters with drops off to about 80 meters
depth, an ideal diving site for both
beginners and experienced divers.
By Zodiac you can reach the exciting dive
sites nearby: The Wall, Canyon Reef, Coral
Garden, Panorama Reef, Sharm El Naga Street,
Sadana Wreck from the mid 18th Century with
Amphores, Sadana Point, Sadana Drop Off,
Sadana Gorgonia, Lama Tunnel and Ziyad Cave.

Red Sea Diving Safari
|
The Red Sea Diving Safari has been
running for over fifteen years by some
remarkable pioneers. Hossam Helmy has
dedicated himself and his team to
discover the 350 km coastline between
Safaga and Ras Banas. His team consists
of qualified PADI and CMAS instructors
and guides of different nationalities
and with many years of diving experience
in the Red Sea. The diving-team is
covering the following languages:
English, Dutch, French and German.
The bays where the camps are set up have
superb house reefs with an excellent
variety of fish and hard corals. These
bays are shallow, approx. 10 m. in
depth, and slowly dropping as they reach
the outside walls which is 40-50m in
depth. On their first day the guests
will receive an orientation dive around
the bay accompanied by one of the
guides, but after that if the guests
wish and their dive ability allows, they
are free to dive the house reefs at
their leisure. This is definitely one of
the most enjoyable factors of the RED
SEA DIVING SAFARI.
In addition, two guided dives a day by
truck to the fringe reefs of 100 km
coastline (Shagra and Nakari) or RIB to
the unexplored reefs of Fury Shoal reef
chain (Lahami).
Also guests have the option to do boat
dives on some of the offshore reefs
found in this area (payable on site).
Elphinstone Reef, the reef chain of Abu
Dabbab and Shaab Marsa Alam can be
visited from Shagara. From Nakari it is
possible to visit Shaab Nakari, Shaab
Samadai (or Dolphinhouse Reef). El
Ghadeer Reef and Shaab Sharm.
The only Recompression facility existing
in the Southern coast of the Red Sea is
situated at Marsa Shagra.
Nitrox tanks are available for hire to
qualified Nitrox divers at Marsa Shagra
(payable on site). The one or two days
Nitrox Users qualifying course are also
offered.

locations with no extra costs. The diving
center offers you 5 days diving packages
including two guided dives a day with boat
or Jeep, plus all the unlimited dives at the
house reef that you can handle.
The diving center is directly on the beach,
well equipped, and ready to conduct courses
of all levels.
